Usually, subscribers are given options at the bottom of your message to unsubscribe and also to subscribe (in case it reaches somebody who is not already subscribed, by receiving a forwarded message). Subscribers can also sign up using online forms. The system will automatically subscribe or unsubscribe the email addresses. You can also moderate and approve them manually.
